  2. Helmets with face shields or goggles must be worn.  If helmet comes off or is removed during a heat, driver will be disqualified from that heat.
  3. Seat belt and harness must be worn.
  4. Neck brace is required no exceptions.
  5. Car will be disqualified for the heat if any door or hood comes open during heat or if any metal begins to protrude in a dangerous manner.
  6. Drivers must be present at the driver's meeting. Meeting will be 30 minutes prior to first heat.  Roll call will be held.  All cars and drivers must take part in the Grand Entry and Introduction
  7. When call goes out to be in place, driver has two minutes to be in place or be disqualified from that heat.
  8. If a driver fails to make his call to a semi or an A Feature heat then a driver that placed just below the lowest qualifier, in the heat they both participated in, may take a position in that semi or A Feature heat.  It will be the responsibility of that driver and not 77 Speedway to know when that situation occurs and notify the Heat Official of their intent to enter the upcoming heat.  The Heat Official will then make the call when to disqualify and how much time is needed to allow the Heat Claimer (driver) to get in line.  Remember all protests must be made before the start of a heat.
  9. Any car catching on fire will fall under the assist clause and disqualified from that heat.
  10. All cars must stop immediately when red lighted.
  11. Drivers must stay in car until heat is completed, except in case of a fire.  Any driver exiting a car for any reason will be disqualified from that heat. If it is determined that a car is stalled in such a manner as to pose endangerment to the driver then the officials may stop the heat and allow the driver to exit his car.  If the officials allow a driver to exit a car then that driver will retain his placing in the heat and no points will be lost by the driver in that heat.
  12. Any pit crew that enters the arena (fenced in area and not just the blocks) will cause their driver to be disqualified from that heat.  77 Speedway considers this a major infraction of safety for all concerned and this could lead to further repercussions than disqualification from the heat.  Those penalties are at the discretion of the track owner.
  13. Flagging will be in accordance with stock car racing, and explained at driver's meeting.
  14. All cars are subject to re-inspection at anytime
  15. All rulings by Event Director are final.
  16. Drivers must enter race and inspection area with all safety equipment in place.
  17. Driver must be registered with BADASCAR MOTOR SPORTS INC. to compete in BADASCAR sanction points racing.
  18. Each driver must submit a picture and profile preferably in jpeg format on a floppy disc to BADASCAR MOTOR SPORTS.
  19. Each BADASCAR MOTORSPORTS registrant will be assigned a race number.  That number will be theirs until they relinquish it to BADASCAR MOTOR SPORTS or deemed necessary by the sanctioning committee that their number be voided.  It cannot be reassigned or transferred without the written consent of BADASCAR MOTOR SPORTS INC..  Each driver must drive under their assigned number.  Each driver must pay the entry fee for the event they are driving in.  A driver may drive only the car they started with in that night’s event (no driver may drive more than one car during a night’s event).  If more than one driver is driving the same car each driver must pay the entry fee ($40) (only two mechanics period per car no matter how many driver's with the car.).  The car must have the respective driver's number on the triangle (if more than one driver is driving a car you must be able to interchange the number, points will only accumulate with the driver number).
  20. No team driving in the arena will be tolerated by the event director or the arena director.  Team driving is not conducive to the sport or the fans.
  21. Drivers will be considerate of the fans, fellow drivers, and show good sportsmanship.  Remember, there are children and ladies present and misconduct reflects on us all.
  22. No driver under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be allowed to participate in the race.  We are not the law and there will not be a breathalyzer given but we have all been to a rodeo or two and can recognize the situation.  Again remember racing is a tough demanding sport and requires all our facilities operating at their best to be competitive and safe, SAFETY, yours and others should be a concern to us all.  It is definitely a concern to BADASCAR MOTORSPORTS INC.
  23. Any restarts will include all cars in the heat that are not disqualified.
  24. Participants may work as a team with a particular car.  Members of that team may drive only the car profiled for that team.
  25. Driver is responsible for his conduct and the conduct of his or her crew (including but not limited to rules on alcohol).  Each driver and crew must have the car number clearly visible on their shirt, hat, or person.  Bring good people and leave the others at home.  Any infractions of rules conduct by the crew can result in disqualification of driver and car from race.
  26. OVER AGGRESSIVE DRIVING IS A JUDGEMENT CALL BY A TRACK OFFICIAL.   SPINNING SOMEONE OUT ON THE CORNERS IF IT IS TO ADVANCE YOUR POSITION IS NOT DEEMEED OVER AGGRESSIVE, DELIBERATELY CRASHING HEAD ON TO SOMEONE IN AN INTERSECTION IS OVER AGGRESSIVE.  DELIBERATELY TRYING TO TAKE A CAR OUT BY DEMO DRIVING IS NOT ALLOWABLE, DRIVER DOOR HITS ARE DEFINITELY AN INFRACTION.  YOU MUST RACE, DO NOT GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO HIT SOMEONE.  IF THE HEAT IS STALLED DUE TO LOCATION OF TIRE OR A CAR JAM DO NOT DEMO YOUR WAY THRU, WE WILL RESTART THE RACE IF IT BECOMES IMPOSSIBLE TO PASS.  OVER AGGRESSIVE DRIVING WILL RESULT IN THAT DRIVER LOSING ALL POINTS FOR THAT NITE'S RACING AND WILL NOT ADVANCE IN THE RACE FACTOR ON THE NEXT NITE'S RACING BUT WILL REENTER THE NEXT NITE WITH THE SAME RACE FACTOR AS ON THE NITE OF THE OVERAGGRESSIVE CALL.
  27. ON ANY START OR RESTART OF A HEAT - DRIVERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PUSH OR SPIN ANY CAR OUT ON THE FIRST TURN.
