"BIG BAD JOHN"   well John is big but you can tell he is a man with a big heart and a competitive heart.  John kept coming back race after race never giving up and winning the September "A Feature" and anyone who has ever been there knows that it is quite an accomplishment.  Our hats go off to John Whicker and family for a job well done.

Chris Hamilton being presented the A Feature winners trophy by track owner Russell Graves and and  furnished by McCoy Engine Service of Arkansas City.  Also shown is Flagman and Arena Judge Ryan Rommel holding the checkered flag and the Badascar girls Kelly Rommel and Jessica Weakly  holding the OPtima Battery banner. Chris went home after the 2005 season and apparently did his home work. He won his heat and the A Feature on May 12th with barely a scratch on his car.  Chris is a seasoned driver and his ability shows as well as the speed of his car.  As well as the prize money Chris took home a Red Top gel battery furnished by Optima Battery a proud sponsor of the 2006 Badascar Motor Sports racing season.

Justin put on quite a driving performance for the Blackwell fans at 77 Speedway.  Justin won Rookie of the year honors in 2005 and he will keep the pressure on any driver that gets in front and the fans on their feet.  Justin took home the Rubbermaid-Newell 34 quart ice chest along with the prize money for his 2nd place finish in the first points race event of the 2006 Badascar Motor Sports racing season.
